CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership and maintenance of Client data across all of CBRE’s core CRM Platforms with a specific focus on Salesforce
  • Running Data Integrity Reports to include these key tasks

o    Verification of new accounts
o    Duplicate identification
o    Updating / editing existing Account & Contact data
o    Maintenance of CBRE Account Hierarchy

  • Creation of shared reports
  • Proactively identifying areas of the business where extra training could be needed
  • Working with other data resources from other CBRE Platforms (Property, Transaction & Pipeline) to ensures the master client list is kept up to date

  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Skills / Experience Required

  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience of working in Salesforce would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience of data validation tools and systems (D&B, One Source, Hoovers) would be advantageous 
  • Commercial acumen and knowledge of company structures / hierarchies would be advantageous
  • Experience or understanding of a commercial environment (ideally property related) and corporate structures would be preferable but not essential
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
