Media Account Manager
Our global client is looking for an Account Manager in their thriving media agency. This international business offers the full spectrum in media communication and strategy. You will have an exciting opportunity to step into a management position, leading two executives in delivering the highest possible service. You will have the freedom to use your creativity and initiative to really get stuck. As an Account Manager you will need to be passionate about media and the role an agency can play in the evolving communications mix of paid, owned, earned and shared content
- Add strategic value where relevant and creative thinking.
- Deliver, implement and maintain client’s media plans
- Be responsible for maintaining day-to-day relationships with key clients and ensuring smooth organisation of their business and ensure innovative and efficient delivery.
- Maintain and manage strong client bonds
- Understand the client’s industry and the role of communication within it
- Participate in pitches winning new business
- Develop and lead a small team of Media Executives through mentoring and regular appraisals.
- 3 + years experience within a media planning role
- Good problem solving idea, coming up with creative solutions to obstacles
- Good leadership skills, motivating and developing a team
- Curious and inquisitive, and not afraid to share ideas and speak their mind – not afraid to seek out help and guidance, with a responsible approach towards key stakeholders of flagship clients
- Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, someone who thrives in, and helps create a positive and powerful team dynamic
