This is an opening with a first class integrated agency based in the heart of Manchester that will suit agency based candidates looking to work brands that will give serious kudos to your career.

The role

Without question, this is a pivotal role in the agency, where you will work very closely with key agency personnel, overseeing each brief from concept through to delivery, ensuring a seamless process between creative, production and account handling teams. On a day to day, you will keep a close eye on schedules and budgets, and manage the flow of work through the studio, ensuring work is on brief, and more important, on time. You will also liaise with clients throughout the process on campaign management issues such as timings, budgets, and artwork changes, ensuring brand guidelines and creative standards are adhered to. It is an engaging and interesting role because you will be involved in all elements of the creative and campaign process, which will enhance your own skillset and personal development.

What we're looking for

In essence, you will be the key figure on all creative projects, working very closely with creative, account handling and digital teams to generate first class creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. Having done this for a while, you'll already know there is not really such thing as a typical day in agency world. On any given day, you'll be writing inspirational briefs to feed the creative team with all the ammunition they need, and working with other departments (especially creative) to deliver the best for your clients. For this reason, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines which will have been honed in an agency environment. You will be used to working closely with client services and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible. For this reason, it is envisaged you will have put 2 - 3 years under your belt, which may have been in an account handling, project management or production environment, but you must be comfortable, and enjoy dealing with all manner of clients on a daily basis.
