Our client is looking for a lively and motivated Junior Digital Project Manager to act as the gatekeeper for all charity-wide communications requests that come into the Digital and Supporter Systems team and to provide project management support to two Project Managers.

As key part of the Production element of our client’s Digital Delivery team, you will have knowledge of and passion for striving for digital best practice, as well as an infectious enthusiasm for getting things done. You'll enjoy communicating with people as a core tenet of your job, and be able to problem-solve and thrive within a self-organising, collaborative Production team. You will be highly organised, take frustrations on the chin and come up ways to get the best out of people.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Self-sufficiently project manage small digital projects and products by undertaking common project management activities such as agreeing resource required, ensuring estimates are realistic, managing expectations and setting and meeting deadlines.
- Be the first port of call for assessing requirements for any digital work coming through the Communications Account Team, and taking the relevant actions to get the work allocated.
- Play a key role in managing the relationship with Communications Account Management Team, using frequent and clear communication.
- Help the Digital and Supporter Systems team get the best outcomes from the organisation's annual communications planning cycle.
