Citizens Advice helps millions of people find a way forward each year. The communications team lead the strategic engagement across a network of 27,000 people and external audiences. The organisation is changing how it does events. They use them to bring people together to develop ideas, shape the way they work and bring the strategy to life - and they're looking for someone to take this to the next level.
Your new role
In this new role you'll lead the design of engagement and facilitation across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders, and design all the key high profile events, using them to drive forward change cultural facilitation. This is not about the day to day logistics of events - you'll manage a team of people who do that. You don't need extensive experience in operational management of events, but you must have creativity and ideas to help facilitate and design events, including using different formats to meet different aims.
You'll understand how to tailor communications to meet the needs of various audiences, both internal and external to the organisation.
This role will be managing a team of five people, and will involve travel across the UK.
