Creative Studio Assistant - Integrated Agency - London - to £24k


Located near Waterloo this integrated Agency have c.200 people and are on a roll winning new business, growing existing business and reshaping their approach. They believe in big, bold, campaign-led work and win awards doing it! And they have 10 other global offices, but London is viewed as the hub.

As part of this growth, comes the need for more help and so they have created a RARE ENTRY LEVEL ROLE - for a Creative Studio Assistant to join them, helping to drive best practice in the Studio - and 'keep work moving'.

As Creative Studio Assistant you'll learn from the best, reporting into the Resource Manager who is experienced, seasoned and switched on - and he's eager to train someone to join his team.

The ultimate goal of this role would be for the successful candidate to grow into a Project Manager - but that's after solid training and experience with Creative departments and understanding how work gets done.

Working on one of the biggest global brands - you, as Creative Studio Assistant will help to traffic, plan, schedule, budget and resource the work.

Specifics of the Creative Studio Assistant Role:

• Support the client service, strategy and creative team schedules, forecasting the resource required to complete work within the database
• Source and provide the resource for the client services’ daily and long-term requests
• Maintain team consistency for the duration of the projects
• Present the workflow schedule to the creative management team on a weekly basis
• Source, book and liaise with freelance and third-party resource in line with requirements (to include photography, illustration and lettering artists)
• Administration and organisation
• Organise and participate in project planning meetings
• Assist with the development of project management plans to meet requirements
• Maintain a database of resource – Freelancers 
• Arrange for Freelancers to present to the studio when required
• Manage supplier agreements, purchase orders and invoices
• Track studio meetings (e.g. briefs and creative reviews etc.)
• Ensure time sheets are completed weekly, correctly and in full
• Alert key project stakeholders when project or stage budgets are under threat (liaise with the relevant people to adhere to or increase the budget)

Skills with Microsoft Office products is key 

Plus any previous experience in project management or production management would be considered a bonus.
