The Role: This is a great opportunity for a CRM Executive to support with the production of a new CRM programme to ensure consistently high levels of customer engagement. The successful candidate will implement and optimise a segmentation strategy to increase communication efficiency. They will liaise with social media, digital, brand and customer care teams to develop integrated digital campaigns as well as work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure the right tools have been put in place.

The Package for CRM Executive:
- Salary: £25-30,000
