Wanted!! A strong Senior Account Director (top end) or Group Account Director (new to the title), to join this Superb London agency who work with some of the biggest global brands.
The role is to join a growing agency team, who deliver 'Kids and Family' marketing from an FMCG and 'Food' perspective.
Work at the agency is 'brand-led', campaign driven and you, as Senior Account Director / Group Account Director might find yourself working on a mix of promotions, on-pack, partnerships, licensing, digital, sponsorship and of course leading the Strategic Development of the account.
You'll ideally have previous Kids/Family marketing experience, combined with partnership and licensing experience.
Senior Account Director / Group Account Director responsibilities:
- Develop the client strategy and activate a calendar of promotional activities
- Work with planning to develop proactive initiatives across 'kids/family' marketing
- Work with the digital team to develop new 'kids/family' initiatives and in-store/ retail opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 people, SAM, AM, AE level
The Senior Account Director / Group Account Director will be part of the top table, sitting with the ATL and Media teams to do yearly Brand Planning and look at both UK and Global work.
Key Skills and Experience for the Senior Account Director / Group Account Director:
- Currently hold the SAD title in a London agency or recent GAD level experience
- Retail knowledge an asset
- FMCG and Promotional marketing a mandatory
- Kids / Family marketing an asset - the interest in this is a mandatory
- Proven experience with big name, blue chip brands - across big campaigns
- Global brand work and campaign work an asset
