The Planner Role Overall, this team ensure the agency deliver robust and effective fundraising communications for their clients. They focus heavily on consumer needs, attitudes and behaviours within their strategic thinking - driving innovative strategies and writing incredibly inspiring creative briefs. And, as a Planning Department, they have solid data resources which feed their thinking, analysis and trend spotting within the charity sector. Planner Requirements: Regular data analysis and insight sharing across the agency. Supporting client services in writing superbly inspiring briefs Developing new products and offers for clients (and the business cases that back them up). Developing strategic plans for clients for both fundraising, communications and brand. Leading on Pitch teams Wider Planner responsibilities Attend and lead planning surgeries, working closely with the Strategy Director Play a key role in putting data led insight at the heart of your work Ensure the right tests are happening regularly across the client portfolio Help run and lead client planning workshops Stay abreast of fundraising and marketing trends YOU, as PLANNER will have: A broad range of Direct Marketing and specifically Fundraising and Digital experience. You’ll have worked at a charity or within an agency - with ideally 4+ years experience.
