What you'll be doing

What won’t you be doing would be easier to explain! Essentially you’ll be joining the team to ensure our consultants afford as much time as possible to tracking down and matching the right creative talent to client briefs. So you’ll be pulled in numerous directions. From supporting the resourcing process, gathering candidate information, presenting opportunities, creating shortlists, searching CV and internal databases, rekindling past relationships, writing adverts to arranging interviews (and that’s just to start with). We work at pace and keeping up is no easy task. Watching, listening, asking and growing into the role you’ll have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to multi-task like you wouldn’t believe and a sponge like mind so we don’t miss a trick.

What experience you’ll need

Foremost you’ll want to work within a fast paced environment with a mentality of what you put in you get out. Results come making a difference so you’ll need to immerse yourself into the team, the sector, the systems and adding value from the off. We’re in it together as a team, you’ll be learning from some of the most experienced consultants in the region who will support you every step of the way in return for your commitment and desire to succeed.

Essential to this role will be a proven understanding of the creative industries and what makes the right portfolio appropriate for the right role (think conceptual, artworking, strategy, off line, on line, integrated, UI, copywriting, mobile etc). For this reason we’re open to considering candidates from a recruitment background who have a genuine interest in the creative space or alternatively the role may well suit a production / account / traffic executive from a busy creative studio looking for a change of scene but remaining within the industry.
