We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive or Business Development Account Manager to join an exciting Start-up in Bristol with existing business development or account management experience. You’ll need to have 1+ years’ experience  in meeting new business objectives. You’ll be working closely with the Commercial Manager, assisting in the account management of company partners, generating new business and managing the occasional social media campaign.

The role.

The right Sales Executive or Business Development Account Manager will play a pivotal part in developing and growing strong relationships with key clients. As part of your job role you will also research and identify new leads before engaging prospective customers to grow this already established brand. On offer is a highly competitive salary of £18-21k with an OTE of £26,000k with the potential to significantly over-achieve.

The experience we need.
  • 1+ years’ experience within a similar New Business / Sales role, ideally working within the creative media sector or marketing sector
  • Experience being customer focused
  • Some experience in marketing, specifically in social media and email. 
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and work prioritisation / time management skills
  • Persuasive, goal driven and hard working
