Head Of Insight
Our client has successfully evolved into a multi-channel operation that continues to deliver the highest quality information for the consumer food industry on a global basis. As part of their expansion programme they are now keen to recruit a Head Of Insight to play a key role in ensuring they remain at the leading edge of the food industry. The remit will focus upon the retail and convenience markets.
You will be responsible for leading a small insight team, providing innovative customer research and play a key role in ensuring the company's financial objectives are achieved through product and portfolio development across online services, customised solutions and conferences. Accountable for the quality of delivery across research and events that cover the retail and convenience sectors, you will act as brand guardian and work with stakeholders across the business.
This is a brand new opportunity for a tenacious, commercially minded leader who is excited about working with some of the top retailers and CPG companies in the industry, working on cross functional projects and developing a team to further develop insight programmes. A background within a grocery retailer, manufacturer or consultancy would be very useful, coupled with good man-management and influencing ability. You will also be capable of identifying and implementing best practice and possess a passion for the food industry.
