A part time Marketing and Events Administrator is required to assist one of the leading sets of barristers' chambers in England.
The role is initially for three days per week across one month with the possibility of permenancy.
Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate bookings and eventsChecking and replying to emailsResponsible for the commercial social media, assist with marketing and promotion of the businessAssist with the organisation and administration of eventsOrganising and keeping up to date with paperworkDealing with confidential informationComputer literateMeeting with partners dealing with quotes and day to day running of the function processAssist with record keeping, amend as necessary and notify accordinglyResponsible for the arrangement of bookings for visitors to Oakland
Experience of working within Professional Services is desirable and you will have experience of working in a business administrative role. The role will also require a high level of competency in the use of ICT along with excellent written and verbal skills.
