Marketing Analysis Manager
One of the most innovative, digitally led consumer finance businesses in the area have been rapidly expanding their analytics function and have grown 10 fold in the space of 2 years. They are now looking to add to their team with an experienced Marketing Analyst ready to take ownership of marketing analytics that will optimise campaign performance and efficiencies across the department. You'll need to have worked in a Marketing Analysis role having used SAS and SQL to manipulate data. You should find satisfaction in problem solving and using analytical tools to test hypotheses and be confident in presenting this information for use by others. Whether you've 3 years experience and feel your being limited in your current role or you've 10 years+ experience and looking to take your expertise to a fast growth business with more opportunities, we want to hear from you.
·Responsibility and ownership of the use of analytics to optimise marketing activity.
·Set up and optimise all marketing campaigns
·Build and test hypotheses which answer questions around marketing data
·Perform complex analyses within SQL and SAS
·Design and assess A/B tests
·Management of a junior analyst
·Strong academic results with high grades in any numerate disciplines and ideally an applied numerical degree from a top university.
·Significant experience in an analytical role supporting a marketing function.
·Able to demonstrate a rigorous and structured approach to problem solving and using data to drive decisions.
·Drive and ambition, willing to take ownership and responsibility for improving marketing and business performance.
