Sponsorship and Brand Activation Officer

A major arts and culture centre situated in the heart of London. They offer a wide range of cultural events including music, dance, art, performance and spoken word events throughout the year. A Sponsorship and Brand Activation Officer is required to cover maternity till August 2017
Your new role
You will work closely with Corporate Development team colleagues and will support approaches to companies to initiate sponsorship and/or partnership discussions and assist with identifying opportunities that would lead to successful partnerships . You will join the team in handling incoming brand activation enquiries; working with the artistic diary planning team; managing brand activation activity onsite; and supporting onboarding and account management. You will work in collaboration with artistic and production teams to manage small, medium and large scale partnership projects which include on site branding experiences and/or multi-platform activation
What you'll need to succeed
You will be well motivated, able to work effectively within a team and work on your own initiative to join our productive Development team. You will have previous administration experience in an office environment, preferably a fundraising department. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner, with the confidence to proactively prospect for new business.
