A well established and internationally renowned B2B Publishing company is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to join their London based team on a temporary basis. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for a wide portfolio of internationally renowned publications and events.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive
  • Support senior members of the team in creative and design aspects of campaigns, copy writing across a number of channels including social media, email print and web.
  • Developing and implementing social media and email marketing strategy, suggesting new ways of utilising channels to increase delegate and reader generation.
  • Organise print and mailing quotes, liaising with suppliers to negotiate rates.
  • Ensure brand and company values are adhered to.
  • Provide sales team with marketing collateral including digital and print copy, design, data and metric analysis.
  • Prepare databases for direct mailing, email marketing and telesales.
  • Organising HTML copy for the web team.
Requirements of the Marketing Executive 
  • Ability to run multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase revenue and profit.
  • Degree educated with a minimum of one to two years' experience of marketing within publishing.
  • Strong copy writing skills or experience in a copy writing role essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative and part of a team.
  • Skills in Adestra or other email marketing software essential.
  • Target driven individual with strong communication skills, able to influence and deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Immediate start date required.
