This bank offers a wide variety of retail financial services ranging from mortgages and savings wrappers right through to credit cards and travel insurance. Its vision is to become a leading partner bank, offering flexible and accessible financial products to its UK Market, both directly and indirectly through trusted and respected UK brand partnerships.

They are now seeking a Digital Implementation Manager.

The role reports to the Head of Digital and supports the Bank’s Digital Transformation agenda with creating and delivering initiatives to improve customer experience across the digital portfolio. The role will include idea evaluation, business analysis as well as taking a lead role on small and medium size technical initiatives.  The role will act as a business lead between Project Managers, Technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the agreed Digital Strategy of the Bank is working and unanimous across all areas.

The successful candidate will have Digital development experience in multi-channel and business analysis and have implementation experience in Financial Services, retail, telecoms or a similar digitally advanced industry. They will also have strong stakeholder engagement experience and an ability to influence and facilitate difficult debates and discussions surround implementation of Digital Strategy.
