Our client is a leading global brand and they are looking for a proven eCRM marketer to drive best practice ecommerce communications through email campaign and programme activity. This should lead to improved retention, conversion and profitability across the company brands.

The role will focus predominantly on

• Review, audit and development of email and eCRM activity and plans.
• Email marketing: Ensuring a best in class email communications strategy is developed and implemented
• Develop ecommerce retention strategy.
• Manage relationship with email service provider driving maximum value from the relationship
• Work with ecommerce colleagues to develop, implement and optimise our eCRM strategy.

We are looking for minimum of 4 years experience in an e-commerce communications environment, with a minimum of 2 years man management experience. You will ideally have email service provider management and have eCRM programme development and management expertise.
