In this CRM Executive role you will work on the firm’s CRM database LexisNexis InterAction. You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to show how the database can support them in their targeting and cross-selling initiatives. You will work on system upgrades, support on the development of training programmes and work closely with the data team to advise on improvements around data. You will also be the first point of call for queries and issues. This is a contract role with the possibility of an extension or becoming permanent.
You will be available immediately or at short notice and have experience of working on LexisNexis InterAction within a professional services environment with a certain level of autonomy.
