PR & Communications Manager - Management Consultancy
An international management consulting firm focused on procurement and supply chain transformations and experiencing an exciting stage of growth and development now requires a PR & Communications Manager.
Acting as PR counsel to 'internal' clients including VPs, Principals and Project Managers, you will manage internal and external communications activities to promote, protect and differentiate the firm in the market place, support client retention and sales and enhance the firm's reputation. The role will be a mixture of strategic and hands on project management with the role holder being responsible for creating, managing and implementing a strategic communications plan, ensuring it is aligned to the business strategy and 7 year vision and will subsequently implement all necessary PR activity in support of the communications plan. The PR & Communications Manager will manage and edit a full mix of internal and external communications and write and edit all marketing materials including company messaging, press releases, case studies, awards submissions and blog posts.
You will need to be a graduate with a proven track record in communications gained in a professional services environment and also broader exposure to media relations. The PR & Communications Manager will have excellent project management, copy writing, networking and relationship skills, combined with a thorough understanding of the principles of effective internal and external communication. The ability to deal effectively at all levels in an organisation, planning and effectively presenting ideas and concepts to gain support both internally and externally being essential.
