Under the leadership of the Head of Digital you will play a vital part in the digital marketing team and help steer the company towards the continued success and betterment of their exceptional online business proposition.

About the Role...

Reporting into the Head of Digital you will be responsible for…

  • All paid media activity across Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Testing new campaigns within new markets to unlock new areas of growth
  • Optimising current campaigns to further improve efficiency and ROI
  • All affiliates activity, finding new partners and negotiating new deals
  • Look after a team of 2 with a view to grow the team further 

About You…

  • Experienced running paid media operation in house
  • In depth understanding of Paid Search, SEO, Display and Retargeting  
  • Commercially focused and customer centric mind-set
  • Number focused – data driven approach to performance marketing
  • Confident – must be able to talk to senior stakeholders
  • An understanding of programmatic display (preferred)
