Senior Creative Designer
Our client is one of the regions largest and most progressive integrated brand and communications agencies servicing some great clients across traditional graphic design and digital media. Our client works with some of the top blue chip companies including leisure, FMCG, automotive and retail. Well structured and managed agency in a vibrant office environment.
Our client are now seeking a new, passionate and ambitious Creative to join their team. Working with established and high-profile brands, providing the highest standards of creative thinking and execution of work across a wide range of media and channels. Candidates are likely to be currently working as a Creative or Art Director and are seeking new and demanding challenges with a talented and dynamic team.
As a creative team member you will be expected to:
Deliver creative concepts, presentations and design to a high standard in line with client and business expectations.
Conceptualise and develop ideas from sketch stage, through to high quality visuals, using all relevant software's. Strong visualising skills are a very important and necessary part of the role.
Contribute to the development and expansion of new and existing business through creative direction, innovation and idea generation.
Motivate, manage and achieve best results from designers and colleagues across the business.
Meet and liaise directly with clients, interpreting briefs correctly and translate back to the business.
Objectively critique designs with constructive feedback.
Effectively art-direct colleagues/photographers/crew etc to achieve desired direction.
Contribute to and perform as an effective and willing member of our creative team.
As a business working in many types of media, we’d expect candidates to be as familiar with digital media as they are in traditional design media. Particular experience in conceptualising/storyboarding for film and directing film shoots would also be advantageous.
