For an emerging player within the cloud technology solutions space, we are looking for a highly competitive Regional Channel Sales Lead.

Main Responsibilities:
*Based in Singapore and reporting into the Regional Sales Head, this role will be key in building the partner ecosystem in the Asia region
*Support the partner network in SEA and be in charge of all initiatives in recruitment, enablement, partner education and training, etc.
*Work closely with the regional marketing team on new product launches and other partner marketing initiatives

Core Requirements:
*At least 10 years channel sales/management experience within the technology industry
*Strong salesmanship and high influencing skills
*Proven track record in channel business from IT networking vendors to Enterprise distributors and channel
*Experienced in working in an un-structured environment
*Equally efficient in both being a team leader and a team player
*Regional exposure in continental Asia and Australia market experience a plus
*Excellent communication and people management skills
