About the role....

As a senior Social Ad Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the growth of your clients' accounts and the delivery of campaigns (across paid social media), ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance. You will also be responsible for making spend forecasts and monitoring campaigns to deliver on agreed targets. You will lead in-depth analysis, trend spotting and accurate execution and reporting. You will also be responsible for assisting in the management of a team and ensuring that it delivers to clients' expectations.

You will be the day-to-day contact for your campaigns and it is important that you establish a good relationship with the clients of reference. Managing communication with all the campaign stakeholders will be key and your goal should be to always meet and exceed expectations. In order to deliver top-class service, a detailed understanding of campaign dynamics and of the clients' business will be needed.

As part of the paid media team the functional part of your role will be important in building upon the agency's expanding paid social offering and you will be expected to contribute to best practice and to share knowledge across the board around all things paid media.

What you will be doing....

Campaign Management
*Put together plans to organise mid-term campaign actions and goals
*Execute and track tests with methodical accuracy
*Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing
*Deliver in depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics
*Understands clients' business and the KPIs

Client Management
*Agree with the clients on targets and forecasts and how to achieve them
*Help to put together documents to showcase work and analyse performance in depth
*Manage clients' expectations
*Ensure the work is in sync with overall media campaigns and plans are in agreement with the account's team

Media Skills
*Have an in-depth knowledge of social media advertising, paid search and programmatic
*Continue to develop experience in all paid media,; this includes 3rdparty platforms and ad technologies
*Show a good understanding of the overall online landscape

People Management
*Deliver training to junior team members in accordance with best practice
*Leverage other people's skill set to deliver results in clients' campaigns
*Contribute to the upkeep of paid media best practice, trends and contribute to the agency's social ad technology product development programme.
*Assist in ensuring the agency delivers consistent quality across accounts
*Keep up to date with latest industry news

What you will have....

*Strong experience of working on paid social campaigns on all networks while utilising your knowledge of biddable platforms and search
*Degree or equivalent is desirable
*Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
*Keen eye for detail with an understanding of optimising campaigns
*Line management experience
*A self-starter with initiative and drive to succeed; you will get plenty of support but to get the most out of this experience you'll want to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve things
*A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
*Good communication skills; the ability to think on your feet, to be creative and to talk about a wide variety of complex issues will help strengthen client relationship.
*Involvement with running campaigns across multiple countries / languages
