About the role
As we progress the merger between Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing Group we are looking to recruit a Head of Digital. This new role will help shape what will be the country’s largest Housing Association with more than 120,000 properties and deliver on our ambitions to play a leading role in building more homes, investing in communities and providing vital help to those who have been failed by the market.
You’ll use your expertise to ensure our customer service is the best it can be by harnessing and utilising emerging technologies. A member of the Housing Association Customer Services Senior Leadership Team, you will provide leadership to the Digital teams and specific projects. Using your experience of leading change you’ll be responsible for ensuring an effective recruitment strategy is in place whilst maintaining high performance.
You’ll start by reviewing the channel offering for customer interactions across the new housing association, including reviewing customer portals and developing a roadmap for enhancements. Working closely with the communications team you’ll ensure that marketing campaigns support our digital strategy.
About the individual
• Your extensive experience as a senior manager will include significant change management, service improvements and channel development.
• Expertise in technology deployments, including implementing and operating multi-channel customer interaction technology and self-service capabilities, will be vital.
• Aware of emerging trends in social media and digital customer service, you will bring knowledge of best practice in user experience design and accessibility.
• Your role model leadership skills and demonstrable people focus will be matched by project management experience and qualifications.
