Guest Experience Manager
A position has become available in a very well known and loved UK restaurant chain within the customer insights team.
The opportunity is perfect for someone with experience using 'clarabridge' technology to create key learnings and customer dashboards to understand more about their customer's sentiment. This could cover anything from environment, service, food quality and menu ranges. If you haven't used Clarabridge but used something similar, whereby you are confident using a technical platform to learn key business insights then please get in touch!
You should be a strong coach since you will need to train Operation Managers and General Managers on this platform to ensure they are buying into its value, using it regularly and getting the most out of it.
