Your new role
This is a great Regional Conference and Events Business Development Executive job working in a fast paced and prestigious business. The duties will include: managing regional conferences and events over 4 sites; creating and analysing financials and budgets; business development and targeting new business and sectors together with preparing proposals as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; enjoy proactive sales; be self-motivated and driven together with having a proven record of sales negotiation and persuasive selling skills. You will need experience of account management and retention and the ability to prepare presentations and present as part of a sales pitch. This job will involve some work outside of office hours and is reliant on excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight time deadlines.
