The role is predominantly offline so will suit someone who enjoys the delivery of print, advertising and design based campaigns.
The clients are predominantly business to business and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects will be predominantly print related alongside web related work. A fair proportion of this role will be focused on more traditional methods of marketing communications such as advertising and brochure work, for some of their main clients, which are well-known brands in the B2B sectors. Needless to say, you will enjoy meeting clients on a regular basis, managing costs, budgets, time scales across all projects which will require finely honed client handling and organisational skills combined with a critical eye for detail.
What we're looking for
In essence, you will be the lead manager and guiding light on all creative projects, working very closely with creative teams to generate first class creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. For this reason, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties. You will be used to working closely with client services and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape. It will most likely suit an experienced senior account executive or junior account manager looking for the next move up the ladder.
