Senior Sales Manager
A new national loyalty programme has being launched by a major financial services company using transactional data from payment services that is designed to reward customers with a flexible range of benefits and drive incremental sales for retailers, as well as provide valuable insight into customer behaviour. A new opportunity now exists in the growing and successful privately owned company that developed the technology and manages the relationships with the retailers and runs the programme on behalf of the bank.
Reporting to the Head of Sales the role will entail targeting medium-sized retailers. Through consultative prospecting, presenting and closing, you will help grow the current retailer network. In addition you will be the first point of contact for other retail clients, providing day to day communications and building and developing relationships as well as maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
The company is seeking an skilled sales person, with experience of selling solutions as opposed to products, ideally into the retail sector. You will have proven experience of selling to senior management and working with a range of internal stakeholders. Outstanding presentational and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role in this growing and fast paced business.
