Bids Assistant- Ambitious Legal Firm - Bristol
An exciting regional opportunity has arisen within a large and expanding national legal firm. The Bids Assistant will provide support to the Bids team on a day-to-day basis and will be based in their Bristol office.
You will work with a team of Bids Managers and Executives liaising with Partners, Lawyers and other key stakeholders within the business to ensure responses are of the highest possible quality and delivered in a timely manner. The Bids Assistant will act as point of contact with legal teams regarding new and existing opportunities your responsibilities will include monitoring the central Bids Inbox and other online tender portals; administrative support on live bids and coordinating final drafts; assisting with the collation of data for regular reporting; and co-ordinating team meetings.
The firm is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, highly organised, hardworking and articulate graduate, who is not afraid to challenge the thinking of others and share their own ideas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a business development or marketing background within a professional services firm and be experienced in providing administrative support to a busy team, working to non-negotiable deadlines. It is therefore essential that you have a proven track record of managing not only your time, but those around you and also the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst still maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
