An International retailer based in Manchester is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager. With their operations expanding rapidly they require someone to manage queries through phone, email and social media. You'll take responsibility for not just handling the queries but managing through to resolution and ensuring customers are left with a positive impression of the business.

The Role:
·Provide customer service through inbound and outbound calls alongside email and social media channels.
·Develop a customer service reporting system
·Assist the Ecommerce Manager with product performance issues.
·Reducing returns by proactively recommending alternative products to customers.

The Person:

·Experience of working in a retail environment and passionate about fashion.
·Previous experience working with customers and providing high-level of service.
·Professional and articulate telephone manner.
·Ability to communicate across all levels of the business from logistics through to the business owner.

This job is commutable from Manchester, Bolton, Salford, Liverpool, Bury and Stockport, Warrington.
