A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, customer focused Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
The successful candidate will be the key link between the client and suppliers and this role would therefore suit someone from an Account Management background with strong experience within a creative or marketing environment.
To manage all day to day activities including communication with clients and suppliers including; research, estimating, invoicing etc.
Ensure effective communication with clients at all times in a timely, accurate and appropriate way.
Attend client meetings as required.
Provide clients with agreed costing and lead-time information in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage each project through from brief to implementation. Including working with creatives and Artworkers, estimating, raising purchase orders, monitoring status and progress, liaising with 3rd parties, internal suppliers and clients at all times.
Working closely with in-house designers and Artworkers to ensure the client’s brief is met.
Take control and manage the whole project life cycle in accordance with critical path deadlines.
Develop strong relationships and a full understanding of different supplier’s capabilities.
Previous experience within an account management or marketing position.
Ability to multi-task, work proactively and trouble shoot/problem solve.
Proven experience in understanding client specific needs and ability to implement successfully.
Experience with managing clients, suppliers, designers and Artworkers.
Effective communication skills both written and oral.
Highly motivated, good team player, proactive, methodical and organised.
Understanding of print processes, web programming and design, SEO and social media is desirable.
Good numerical ability with a knowledge of negotiating prices and calculating VAT.
