Our client is a leading independent, contemporary womenswear retail brand, with a turnover in excess of £30m. The company has a talented team of passionate designers and pattern-cutters, who design and make every garment in London, as they have for over 20 years.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join the business, and to help drive new customer acquisition and on-site conversion, that will be the enabler for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute activities across digital acquisition channels: SEO, PPC, email & display
  • Launch & manage social media presence
  • Define KPI’s & report on marketing effectiveness & performance / KPIs
  • Identify trends & insights, & feed this back into the marketing team
  • Manage multi-variant testing & optimize user journey to increase on-site conversion rates
  • Management of third party agencies (PR etc) & partners
  • Keep abreast of, & evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership on digital marketing & new digital business opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Experience is the fashion industry would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience managing digital customer acquisition
  • Experience of Adwords - bid management is essential
  • Experience optimizing user journeys & customer marketing funnels
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate testing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, i.e. Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript development / constraints
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends & best practice in online marketing & measurement
