New Business Development Manager

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join a collaborative and experienced team, within a highly successful creative agency. They work closely together to offer insights, strategy, creativity and innovation that extend across all touch-points of the Marketing spectrum. Their client base includes a broad range of premium consumer goods brands within luxury, health, home appliance, engineering, lifestyle and services sector.

As the New Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director to seek new business opportunities in Europe (with a focus on the UK). We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and bright individual who is passionate about the industry and wants to commit/ grow and has the tenacity to break through a saturated marketplace. As the voice and face of this agency, integrity, authority and attention to detail are essential.

Following a successful period in New Business the ideal candidate will continue to grow within the Company and be offered the opportunity to become a board member and potential share holder within the business.

Initial Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Loads of enthusiasm, positivity and drive.
  • Lead strategic initiatives from start to finish
  • Research prospective clients, identify new leads, craft approaches and secure meetings
  • Support the development of proposals and pitches
  • Create any POV pieces in order to gain the interest of new clients
  • Support PR efforts, identifying specific UK channels, creating and owning the content
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Dynamic presentation style and ability to have a voice.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings.
