Our client a leading Fintech company they are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This role has a global remit focusing developing strategy to utilise a newly implemented CMS and Marketing Automation tool, therefore this is both strategic and hands on. The strategy will include optimizing web presence across multiple regions as well as effective digital marketing campaigns to increase sales leads and revenue growth.


RESPONSIBILITES


Website
·Lead development of new external website (SiteCore CMS) for the company including understanding and accommodation of the needs of the business and the customers, manage agency resources, as well as internal stakeholders.
·Implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive increased web traffic
·Managing on line brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
·Keep up to date with the latest digital trends and insights to optimize spend and performance of the company's digital marketing activities.


Digital Campaigns
·Manage digital marketing campaigns that support the goals of the business and drive sales ready leads.
·Execute digital campaigns via Eloqua, measure performance of campaigns and report success against agreed KPIs and POI goals.
·Increase external engagement with the company's social media channels.
·Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.


Intranet
·Day to day management of company intranet content including internal stakeholder management to ensure effective communication of company messages.
·In due course lead redevelopment of company intranet strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


·Proven experience leading global digital marketing projects.
·Proven digital marketing experience in a metric driven environment.
·Hands-on content management experience with a content management system ( CMS)
·Experience building, executing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns using a Marketing Automation tool such as Eloqua.
·Demonstrable experience leading and managing effective SEO/SEM strategies.
