Our Client is one of the fastest growing 'pure play' businesses in their sector and a genuine disturbance brand aimed at challenging and changing the face of online retail. This business is seeing a rapid growth year on year, which makes this Partnerships Manager role even more critical in order to amplify the sales and awareness off this brand.

The ultimate goal will be developing the current partnerships relationships assessing the market for recruitment of new partnerships to maximise volume. Working with the senior leaders of the businesses and looking for new routes to market as well as maximising current stream of revenue. This is a new role which has been devised to work alongside their newly enhanced PPC, SEO, Social programmes. At a starting point for this role you could be finding then working with affiliates, social influencers, bloggers, tabloids etc.. or working with existing clients and creating new routes to market.

Core Responsibility
*Assessing the industry and market for recruitment of new partnerships and sources of applications to deliver incremental volume
*Managing the relationships and negotiate contracts with key strategic partners
*Driving business growth and profitability through customer acquisition and retention programmes with aggressive growth targets.
*Working with the wider marketing department to develop the overall marketing strategy and ensuring that any partnership activity is aligned with the company wide plan
*Building the company's presence and be a champion for the brand in the affiliate and partnership industries
*Aiming to improve conversion rates by assessing all aspects of the customer journey
*Working with our brand partners, media and other 3rd party customer entities to develop integrated campaigns to grow the long-term customer basis.
*Canvasing new channels for customer development and overall business growth including B2C, B2B and trade opportunities.
*Providing insight into customer segments and optimise as well as find look-alike customers through outreach marketing programmes including online and traditional direct channels and business partnerships (including proven ROI experience with cold lists, inserts, 3rd party relationships / partnerships, reader offers, door drops, press ads, affiliate and banner advertising).

The ideal candidate
* Previous experience of identifying, establishing and nurturing long term relationships with Partners and high value affiliates
* Good understanding of online marketing and tracking technology
* Ability and experience in seeking out new sales opportunities and either driving change within the team or working across departments to exploit them
* Driving a high quality of customer through the partnerships managed
* Experience in modelling and budgeting all recruitment, acquisition and retention programmes. Ability to independently track, evaluate and report all activity and readily adjust programmes and objectives based on learnings and experience.
* A/B testing experience.
* Knowledge of CRM database manipulation, triggered customer behaviour communication.
* Develop KPIs including ROI, CPA and Customer Value.

The ideal candidate background needs to be a testament to success driving acquisition and increasing revenue through these lines in previous roles. An ecommerce background would be highly advantageous but not essential.
