As Product Owner, you will You will convey the strategy and support for the overall Product vision, helping to define and oversee it's execution by shaping and developing actionable KPI's and goals to steer the Product Team, ultimately ensuring the delivery and launch of valuable customer experiences.

You will plan product development activities and maintain the Product Roadmap, collaborating with the team to create ideas and uncover insight and resolve challenges.

When it comes to managing delivery, with in-depth knowledge of your Products, the day to day will involve collaboration across multi-discipline teams, prioritising activities and being accountable for the delivery of solutions, product features and new functionality.

Your Clients will always be informed and up to date on the latest product developments whilst supporting and assisting them with key priority decisions that maximise the profitability of their investments.

You will be an active participant in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and any other activities that help the agency product teams to continue to operate with a lean, customer-focussed mindset.

You will also be expected to support the improvement of the wider studio through their varied and ongoing Kaizen initiatives. You will lead by example, support and share learnings and experiences and drive change for the better.

Skills and experience...

As a Product Owner, you must be confident in managing multiple stakeholders, both meeting and challenging their expectations.

Working in collaboration with your Product team, you will ensure products are developed towards the wider plans and strategy whilst delivering changes efficiently and within budget. You will also input to the product budget and be accountable for meeting revenue and ROI targets.

You will display agility and ability to adapt to change, continuously looking for ways to improve delivery, people and your product.
