A Fulham based Business House involved in International Property Development is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a full time position.


  • Coordinate day to day operational matters between the CEO and key company personnel, take instructions and notes from the CEO. Prepare agenda for CEO’s meetings, arrange video conference meetings and prepare minutes
  • Be the first point of contact to all routine mails and queries addressed to the CEO 
  • Run local and international meetings independently with consultation from the CEO, and follow up to ensure all discussed tasks are completed by the relevant personnel to deadlines
  • Liaise with the senior management & strategy partners at a high level
  • Maintain CEO’s diary for all international and local business appointments, making all the necessary arrangements
  • Plan, organise and manage day to day office administration
  • Organize and manage CEO’s daily and personal requirements, including booking travel
  • Run and maintain an active business and social network for CEO
  • Local and International travelling is required with and without the CEO for business meetings and visiting international offices, including some weekends and evenings
  • Has strong leadership qualities and is confident managing people as they will need to ensure work is being completed by relevant staff
  • Arrange events for CEO’s business contacts and strategic partners
  • There will be some evening and weekend work for business travel, social and networking events

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree educated or similar
  • Experience as PA in property and some experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, advanced presentation skills, and excellent typing speed
  • Well conversed with high-end social and business etiquette
  • Confident with good judgement
  • Smart and presentable
  • Detail oriented, can multitask, and able to handle pressure without compromising work quality and efficiency
  • Highly organised and disciplined
  • Candidate must be driven and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and a desire
  • Basic understanding of interior and/or architectural design, and legal terminology a plus
  • Strong integrity in maintaining the confidentiality of company information as well as personal information of the CEO
