Senior Bid Manager (Head of Bids)
This leading real estate consultancy has grown significantly in recent years and in particular has developed a proper business development and bid function which is growing in sophistication and adding real value to the business.
In this Senior Bid Manager role you will act as second in command to the Head of Business Development and lead the bid team. You will manage bids, proposals and pitches from beginning to end playing an advisory role around win strategies and the development of creative bid solutions tailored to client requirements. You will run kick off meetings, write and edit content, run dress rehearsals and pitch presentation coaching as well as taking bid feedback and post-pitch debriefs. You will develop best practice around pitching and promote best practice.
You will have significant experience of bid management within a professional services environment, ideally gained within real estate or a major architectural or engineering/built environment firm. You will have good leadership skills, project management experience and be comfortable influencing and persuading a large number of stakeholders and have excellent writing and communication skills.
