Are you an experienced sponsorship sales professional, who has a proven track record exceeding sales targets? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales Executive based at a leading international media organisation in Croydon. You will design and sell bespoke marketing and communications campaigns across print, digital and events channels. You will also be responsible for sponsorship revenue for a portfolio of conferences and awards.
Responsibilities as a Sponsorship Sales Executive:
Work towards and achieve revenue targets for sponsorship sales (including awards and conferences)Develop new business accounts Prospect and send proposals to new clientsBuild strong relationships with key accounts ensuring repeat businessCreate and deliver commercial packages for customersWork with the Sales Director to plan and execute the re-book campaignContribute to post-show reportCreate and be accountable for client proposals, contracts and any other documentation
Experience selling to senior decision makers ideally within blue chip companiesExperience selling face to face and selling sponsorship to clients and advertising agenciesWell developed questioning and probing skills with an analytical approachWorking experience of effective project management from delivering previous sales packagesHistory of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProven record of developing new business accountsProven record of delivering sponsorship/exhibition packagesExceptional presentation skills in a face to face environmentThorough understanding of campaign management tools including panel based surveys, CTRs, unique users, CPAGood understanding of P&L management
