This is a great Brand to work for, they are very focussed and continually striving to move forward and develop the customer experience. Your part in this is to manage all the design projects working in a small team with one direct report. Currently they work with agencies though would like to bring some of that work in house.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative production workflow to the in-house creative team and the external agency. Ensuring all projects deadlines are met and briefed correctly. Ensuring good value for money is achieved from the external creative agency.
  • Managing the production of seasonal brochures. Briefing, pagination, art direction through to the final product. Working closely with buying, merchandising and key stakeholders
  • Act as the brand guardian ensuring all artwork produced is in the house style and advice key stakeholders to the right creative solution
  • Manage the annual production schedule advising on time frames for each project
  • Create mock-up's and conceptual work for in-store environments & present to management
    Art direct and develop artwork with the in-house graphic designer
  • Design and artwork various marketing projects when and where needed
  • Manage creative strategy, working collaboratively with the create agency. Support the brand to evolve where needed
  • Manage the end to end shoot process. Create briefing documents for stylist and photographers. To manage the invoice process for all costs associated with the shoots.
  • To liaise efficiently and effectively with the external design agency, stylists and any other external suppliers in terms of the shoot
  • Art direct photo-shoots ensuring all imagery is fitting for its intended purpose
  • To manage the end to end process for shooting cut-outs and set up and manage internal photo studio
  • To work with the repro agency to ensure colour matching is accurate.
  • Manage imagery ensuring the final photos are produces at the correct spec
  • To monitor creative and design trends across competitors and the wider retail market
  • To manage and maintain the 'Inspiration Library' for the marketing department
