Marketing and Business Development Executive | Professional Services | Newcastle
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work in the Sales and Marketing team of this high profile Professional Services firm. This role is to provide support and guidance to fee earners responsible for increasing business within the firm by securing and increasing more profitable work from existing referrers and targeted prospects.

This role's KPIs will align with those of the Partners and fee earners tasked with developing the business and client retention and strategic and tactical plans must contribute towards the National Marketing and BD plans for each area. Using market intelligence and shared information the BDE (with fee earners) the Business Development Executive will ensure close monitoring, recording, tracking and feedback relating to market and client activity. The importance of ROI must be understood by all and performance will be measured and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing and business development and driving strategy. An understanding of the legal sector would be preferable. Please note this is not a client facing sales role.
