Digital Content Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our Ecommerce Content team at John Greed Jewellery.
The person we’re looking for will live and breathe the customer experience having several years in the industry. Their areas of expertise will be in creating and managing beautiful, highly accessible digital content, defining memorable digital customer experiences. You will also be familiar with other areas of the industry, particularly product setup, technical product information and digital marketing.
Organisation, planning and stakeholder management are at the heart of this role – so you’ll probably have experience in a similar role at some point in your career. You’ll be able to thoroughly plan through all aspects of seasonal launches and you’ll feel at home with running your day-to-day around a critical path or schedule. You’ll need to be highly assertive in establishing business priorities, managing your team’s workload and stakeholders expectations in a reactive trading environment. Sometimes, not everything goes to plan so you will be calm under pressure ensuring that the right decisions are made and the workload is prioritised.
The right personality is equally crucial to success in this role. We’re looking for someone who’s personable and doesn’t shy away from taking the lead. You’ll need to use your excellent communication skills to provide direction to both the team you’ll manage and the stakeholders around you; so previous management experience or experience co-ordinating a small team is highly desirable.
