New role with a Government Department for a Senior Campaigns and Press Officer for 3+ months for £217 PD LTD
Your new company
you will be working for a Government Department based in Central London whose primary objective strengthening business competition and preventing and reducing anti-competitive activities in businesses. They are looking for a Senior Campaigns & Press officer for a 3+ month contract whilst they recruit on the permanent side.
Your new role
You will be part of the strategic Communications team working on campaigns designed to increase awareness and engagement with the organisation and the objectives. The role will also require some work with the media relations team as you will be handing breaking news stories and writing and implementing successful pro-active media relations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the following experience to be successful:
- working across multiple communication channels including digital
- Able to evaluate and analyse data on the success of communications activity
- Planning and delivery of effective strategic communication campaigns
- Develop appropriate strategies and messaging which reflect the wider business
- stakeholder engagement
- Media and press experience (pro-active)
Government background would be ideal.
