Job Role: Head of Fundraising and Communications
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday), although part time applications will be considered
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Central Guildford, Surrey

They are looking for an experienced and inspirational Head of Fundraising and Communications to take on this exciting opportunity and lead their team of passionate and committed staff to deliver sustained income growth across these multi-disciplinary functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management in creating, developing, maintaining and implementing the Organisation’s fundraising, marketing and communications strategies to fulfil their strategic aims.
To be considered for this post, you will need to demonstrate your ability to balance a wide range of responsibilities; be experienced in leading and managing fundraising and communications activities (including budget management); have an excellent track record of generating income and growth; have experience of managing and developing staff teams, as well as building and maintaining rapports with a diverse range of stakeholders.
