Customer Insight Manager
This events corporation is one of the world’s largest providers of bespoke events and conferences. They work in a large variety of markets right through from fashion to professional services. They have a global presence with over 60 offices worldwide with their head office based in London.
They now seek a Customer Research & Insight Manager on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.
They are looking for a talented individual to join the EMEA team as the Customer Insight Manager, working across three portfolios of cross-platform events and media products, including exhibitions, events, and digital communities.. You will undertake customer measurement surveys using indices such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES). You will also engage in qualitative and quantitative research by shaping briefs and design outputs for the commissioning of research agencies. You will take an active part in end to end project management which will involve internal presentations to senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a solid foundation of customer research experience ideally having managed projects across multiple sectors. They will have a strong track record in customer propositions and delivering in depth research projects. They will also have experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies with the ability to interpret and present data effectively and clearly. They must also be deadline orientated with the ability to handle their own workload whilst maintaining a collaborative work ethic to constructively influence and persuade stakeholders and partners. Previous experience within a research agency is desirable.
