Your new role
As a HR administrator you will provide administrative support to the HR department. You will be involved in many of the HR functions including on boarding, recruitment, assisting with compensation and benefits and assisting with ad hoc HR projects covering all business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had experience in generalist HR functions, preferably within a large multinational company. You will have strong competencies in Office products, as well as being very efficient at time management and organisation. Experience in conducting face-face interviews and coordinating the on-boarding process is necessary. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level with CIPD qualification.
