Category strategy role, working closely with Sainsbury's to build and deliver exceptional insights, range reviews and overall category guidance.
With some major power brands in their portfolio, the level of access and interaction you will be able to have with the retailer will be significant, meaning it's a great chance to create a far reaching and deep customer plan & long term strategy.
You'll be given free reign to challenge convention, in a business which encourages autonomy and innovative thinking. You'll need to be passionate about understanding how data can tell a story, and have the relationship building & commercial nous to turn those stories into successful retailer partnerships.
You'll have exposure to mentoring junior members of the team internally, with a view to taking on a senior leadership role in future.
