Brand Manager
My client a leading Global Consumer Goods company based in Reading is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of consumer marketing programs.

Key duties include:
  • Analysing the overall brand and business performance; recommending marketing objectives and strategies
  • Managing a small team (Junior Brand Manager and Brand Assistant)
  • Identifying brand growth opportunities
  • Developing and implementing Public Relations (PR) plan
  • Assisting in the management of all digital activities including web and social media
  • Liaising with Consumer Relations to ensure management of consumer feedback
  • Developing and implementing a promotional activity plan for the company; collaborating with customers on their promotional plans
  • Assisting with brand training both internally and externally
  • Partnering with Marketing Services and agencies to develop and design marketing materials for the brand based on marketing strategies; ensures correct branding, differentiation, messages, layout and logos to reach the target audience with desired results.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Agency management experience
  • Knowledge of retail accounts and product management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A strong sense of accountability, ownership and spirit to “move things forward”
