Digital Marketing Executive
This is an opening for a PPC, Paid Search or Digital Marketing Executive to join a full-service agency which delivers strategy, creative, digital, insights and multi-media for a mix of well-known brands.
Their clients operate campaigns across all digital marketing channels from PPC and SEO, social media and email, web development and video production, content and creative design. These all tie-in with larger brand attraction campaigns to enhance clients' ability to harness and keep the best talent to help their company operate and grow. You would sit within the client services team to help deliver digital marketing campaigns, but specifically bring knowledge and experience of digital media and reporting in order to maintain the quality and improve profitability of the digital outputs of the business, whether they be related to careers websites, attraction campaigns or internal communications campaigns. You would predominantly take responsibility for managing digital campaigns with a focus on sharing knowledge to develop the wider team's digital aptitude. This will include responsibility for all stages of the PPC project cycle, from initial research for a pitch to creation of accounts/campaigns and reporting/client meetings. You will also set up and manage optimisation of paid search campaigns based on key performance metrics, and source and liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
What we're looking for
The role requires both creativity and an analytical mind, and you must be able to build and develop strong internal working relationships and be confident in presenting your reports and analysis. You will need at least 12 months experience of managing digital campaigns, combined with strong analytical skills and able to view digital projects as part of a wider picture for a client's campaign. You will also have strong knowledge of the different billing structures available in the different search engines and social media, as well as knowledge of display advertising and Google Analytics (preferable) and Google Tag Manager (desirable though not essential). Further knowledge of social PPC, Facebook advertising is desirable.
